Liability Waiver

Everyone 18 years of age & older that wants to skate MUST SIGN the FunCity Hold Harmless Contract. I waive all responsibility to the Houston Rolling Committee, FunCity; Roller Enterprises of Texas, Inc. & Castro Entertainment LLC (1500 N. Texas Ave., Webster, Texas 77598), Bonez Draught House (18301 Egret Bay Blvd Ste A, Houston, TX 77058), and Black Hand Ranch (25502 Candy Ln, Magnolia, TX 77355) on these dates: 02/19/2026 - 02/22/2026. I am 18 years of age or older and assume responsibility for my actions while skating. I will use my adult knowledge to make wise and safe decisions and realize that skating is a sport and that accidents may occur. If choosing to skate, I acknowledge the risks I am taking while skating and take full responsibility for any injury that I may cause to myself or another skater. I am choosing to skate at my own risk. I have read over and understand my responsibility while choosing to skate. To address limited locker space, HRC is offering complimentary bag checks at the skate counter to minimize the risk of theft or loss. Please be advised neither HRC nor FunCity is responsible for missing items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provide.
